By sumitting your application you signify:

You have read and intend to comply with all the rules, requirements, and conditions of participation listed at http://www.bellydanceshowcase.com/competition.html
You understand there will be no refunds unless the entire event is cancelled.
That there will be an extra $10 charge if you submit a VHS tape for the preliminary competition. Please include a check with your video submission.
That you release Saqra, Washington County Fair Complex and all workers from any liability for any loss or injury incurred in association with the 2009 Fall Showcase Festival & Competition,
That you will allow  this performance group to be videotaped during the festival for the Showcase archives (absolutely not for public showing).
And that your recording for the preliminary competition must reach Saqra no later than Aug 25 or your entry will be disqualified and no refund will be made. Send YouTube links to saqra@saqra.net (SUBJECT: COMPETITION 2009 ENTRY).
